I am a strategy & operations executive, operating advisor and executive coach. I’ve spent the last 25+ years leading operations, scaling businesses, and helping founders and leaders turn big visions into real-world momentum. From cybersecurity and health technology to digital media and AI, I’ve partnered with C-level teams across high-growth software companies to build what works and scale what matters.

But here’s the truth: strategy is only as good as your ability to execute it. And execution doesn’t have to feel chaotic. That’s where I come in! I help leaders create the priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability needed to move the business forward and use AI practically to reduce the administrative work that often gets in the way.

I created Kore to be a home for the tools, systems, and support I wish I had when I was in the thick of it; running global teams, launching new products, navigating acquisitions, or stepping into a brand-new executive role with a million moving pieces.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, a world traveler, a life-long learner, and a lover of deep conversations. I’m also a proud cat mom to Tommy (the fastest two-toed cat you’ll ever meet).
